Halloween Birthday Cake

My son requested a Halloween Birthday cake for his 4th birthday. I had a lot of fun making it as it was not the traditional B-day cake. I used my paper doll cricut cartridge to cut out the bats and taped them on wooden skewers.

I'm published!!!

I am so excited to share this as I have been waiting for 6 months for papercrafts special issue to come out. I submitted my very first project to papercrafts magazine and it was excepted in Febuary. I was completely suprised as I just decided to submit my work on a whim and wasn't expecting for them to actually except it for publication. Well here and on stands starting August 12th!

Hannah Montana birthday invite

This is my interpretation of Hannah Montana. I desined this invite for my my niece's birthday party. I only had to make 6 and I made my sister help me, so it wasn't that bad! The stamp sets used were "Baroque Motifs" and "simple shapes" from stampin up.
