Strong shoulders Workout #6

What you will need

Between 2-8lb dumbbells
jump rope
stability ball

Work time 20-25 min
Do the whole workout and repeat 3 times

Warm up- 25 jumping jacks and 20 arm circles (10 forward 10 backwards)

Pike press- 10 reps
Jump rope 100 jumps
Incline shoulder press on stability ball 20 reps
Jump rope 100 jumps
Side plank and side shoulder raise 15 reps each arm
Jump rope 100 jumps
Reverse fly on stability ball 20 reps
Jump Rope 100 jumps
